					<description><![CDATA[<p>My First Teacher's Day 一早陸續收到許多學員的祝福訊息，雖然只有短短幾個字仍然令我相當感動，成長歷程中也遇上幾位許多啟發自己、對我諄諄教誨的老師。無論在何種領域、在何種時空相遇，對我都是彌足珍貴令我成長的沃土，直到自己也成為要用熱情引導、影響他人的角色，深切感受到教學真的不是一件容易的事情。 自知還有許多要學習之處，常聞教學相長，真心感謝身邊的學員願意與我一起學習進步。也祝所有老師～教師節快樂！ 其實我一直認為教師、老師這個名詞不應僅限於在教室講台上，拿著麥克風一邊用粉筆在黑板上疾書的人。「師者，所以傳道、受業、解惑也。」出了社會在職場中不曉得有沒有遇上有人能給你客觀意見、迷惘時能令自己茅塞頓開，花時間聽你訴苦，再直白地告訴你該用什麼姿態在社會上走跳。 我相信每個人心中都有幾位這樣舉足輕重的角色，彷彿人生的導師，從那些願意分享過往經歷的前輩、主管的人生歷練中，我們也學習成長不少，謝謝職場前輩們的不藏私。 畢竟沒有一個節日是「好主管節」或是「好前輩節」，假使你很幸運有這樣印象深刻的角色出現在生命中，就趁今天好好謝謝他吧！  </p>
